I am totally obsessed with "Six feet under" - the series (not the heavy metal band xD), so I decided to do a painting (drawing) of Peter Krause alias Nathaniel Fisher ^.^

And i found a lovely reference, i think it's from the movie poster of "we don't live here anymore". I pretty much felt in love with that shot and started painting..

Duration: about 5-6 hours
Software/Hardware : Photoshop 7 / Wacom

i did think about the nose thing and changed it, taz ^.^ you were truly right.
although its the center of anyones face, it should not be the center of a picture or THE center of a picture xDDD

EDIT: i edited the picture about 634329 times xD im finally quite happy about it...

noxious: i guess i can arrange that, i just LOVE six feet under, and that wont be my last contribution to the series

i doubt that ^^

I updated the pic again... for the 23583423 time xD i hoped to get some more similiarity to the reference, more, to peter krause.. although i was technically satisfied with this one, i messed up the real intention of an "portrait" - similiarity. q.q'

hope it is better now, ^^

Nice work here

Good work on the hair and eyes, the composition is powerful also. The nose bothers me a bit though coz it seems to be bit off. I also think that it needs some certain cripsness on the area under the eyes

But overall I think you've done a heck of a great job here. Keep it up Adam
